（中央社記者韋樞台北16日電）台北市長柯文哲上週爆料遠雄大巨蛋來市府談判時提出讓利30億元解套。遠雄表示，遠雄曾提出回饋金新台幣45億元，但柯文哲上任要求再增回饋金，遠雄提回饋棒球博物館卻遭拒。

13日北市舉辦大巨蛋安全研討會，會中台北市長柯文哲曾說北市府與遠雄談判期間，遠雄曾提出讓利30億元解套。遠雄企業團副總經理蔡宗易強調，遠雄在巨蛋合約上簡單試算就有30億元，後來經過審查又增加了15億元，因此遠雄讓利總共是45億元。

蔡宗易表示，大巨蛋在總統馬英九擔任市長時代簽合約時就註明提出30億元回饋金，在後續郝龍斌市長時代，審查委員不但縮減大巨蛋商業面積1萬餘坪，且認為大巨蛋須要多做一些公益事務，例如鼓勵民眾搭捷運來大巨蛋的優惠，附近鄰里開會免費借場地等，應該再提15億元回饋金。

蔡宗易指出，到了柯文哲市長上任後，再提要增加權利金，但因事涉修改合約無法成行，於是遠雄提出在大巨蛋內興建棒球博物館做為回饋，但在歷次與市府協商時，市府幕僚透露出柯文哲市長不要棒球博物館，還是希望要現金的意思。1040616
